Refund policy

We want your gloves to work for you. Our standard return policy allows 90 days for a full refund and one year for store credit or exchange. Ordinary returns and exchanges must be unused. The final-sale exceptions below apply.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for the same model. If you want a different model, place a new order and return the original item for a refund within the refund window.

Start a return or exchange

Use our returns and exchanges page to find your order and submit a request. If the embedded form does not load, open the returns portal directly.

Return forms and shipping labels are emailed after you request a return; they are not included in your package. Submit your request through the returns portal, or email returns@truckgloves.com if you need help.

Free returns and exchanges apply to eligible U.S. orders. International orders are not eligible for free returns or exchanges. Contact returns@truckgloves.com for help with your return.

Refunds and exchanges are processed after the items arrive back at the TRUCK facility. To help expedite an exchange, contact service@truckgloves.com or 1-844-TRUCK15.

Material or manufacturing defects

We stand behind our gloves and accept returns for material or manufacturing defects. If something has failed, contact service@truckgloves.com so we can help. Genuine defects are still covered on B-Grade gloves and the field-test prototypes described below.

B-Grade items

B-Grade gloves have a disclosed cosmetic flaw, shown and described on the product page, and are priced accordingly. B-Grade gloves are final sale: no returns or exchanges for fit, color or change of mind. Please check the size chart before ordering and email us if you need help choosing.

The disclosed cosmetic flaw is not a reason for a return. A genuine material or manufacturing defect is still covered, just as it would be on any other TRUCK glove. If a pair really is not working out, contact service@truckgloves.com and we will see what we can do.

Float and Berm field-test prototypes

The Float and Berm prototypes sold through our field-test program are final sale, with no returns or exchanges. If they really are not for you, contact service@truckgloves.com about store credit. Genuine manufacturing defects remain covered; the disclosed mirrored left-hand pull tab on Float is a cosmetic flaw and is part of the prototype offer. See the field-test page for the full terms.
