Need a different size or want to return your gloves? Use the form below to find your order and start your request.

Ordinary returns and exchanges must be unused. Exchanges are for the same model. For a different model, place a new order and return the original item for a refund under our Returns Policy.

Free returns and exchanges apply to eligible U.S. orders. International orders are not eligible for free returns or exchanges. B-Grade gloves and the Float/Berm field-test prototypes have separate final-sale terms; genuine manufacturing defects are still covered. See our Returns Policy and field-test terms for details.

Our standard policy allows 90 days for a full refund and one year for store credit or exchange, subject to the exceptions above.
