We would LOVE to own and operate our own courier service since it would offer us full control over the transportation of the gloves we love so much. Maybe someday!

But for now, as a very small, startup business, we are in a similar position as many other small businesses. When it comes to shipping product from our hard working yet modest warehouse to your front door, we must entrust the services and help of pre-established courier services.
This is important to note because once you place your order and choose a service that meets your needs we will do our job quickly and efficiently to package the product and get it in the hands of the courier per the service selection of your choice. We try to get all orders out the door within a 24-48hr window. Often we are able to ship the same day if we receive the order during the first half of the day.
But from here it's important to understand that the journey of the gloves very much depends on the selection you make. Once USPS or UPS take possession of the package, they assume full control of the situation. We put our trust in their systems and networks to move the product from point A to B.
For the less expensive, non-guaranteed services such as USPS Parcel Select or UPS Ground the transit time 'estimates' are exactly that: estimates. They can run faster OR slower than the times they display at check out.
That said, both USPS and UPS offer guaranteed services as well. You pay more. But you can have peace of mind that you’ll receive your product in time or you get your money back!
Personally speaking, I don’t like to pay a ton for shipping. So my strategy is to order well in advance if there’s an important date where I’ll need product. A little planning can go a long way in eliminating that ‘where’s my stuff’ freak out that we’ve all experienced. But if you don’t have time on your side, spend the extra money to make sure a tardy delivery doesn’t derail your plans!!
Here’s a run down of the services that get the gloves from us to you:

Domestic Shipping

USPS Parcel Select (2-8 business days)

The most affordable shipping option is generally USPS Parcel Select:
USPS claims this to be a 2-8 day transit time depending on final location.

However, please note that they do not guarantee transit times for this service.

So if the package does not arrive in the stated time there is no recourse. If you have a 'need-gloves-by' date, we suggest ordering early or choosing a faster shipping service than USPS Parcel Select.

**Priority Mail (1-3 business days)**

This service is generally very reliable and honestly the best option when balancing cost and transit times.  But do note that it is also not guaranteed. Heavy shipping volume through holiday periods, weather, and other occurrences can and sometimes do affect delivery times. USPS does not apologize or offer any help if they dont meet their estimated time with this service.

Priority Mail 2-Day or Express

These are guaranteed services to most locations if the order is placed prior to 2pm MST. These services are wicked expensive. But for that expense USPS works super hard to meet their commitments. You have these options at your disposal.

UPS

Available UPS options include Ground and a couple various air services. These tend to be super expensive. But if your address is not USPS friendly they will be what you need to choose. Ground Service will show an estimated transit time. But this is not guaranteed.

 International Shipping

WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

We would love to. But with our average sale amount only around $50 we simply can't afford to. Sorry:(

Unless you choose a service that offers guaranteed transit time and tracking you are at the mercy of the lesser service. We have no control over how these packages may move across the planet. So order at your own risk or pay the premium for certainty.

Please know you are responsible for any duties/taxes imposed by your country at Customs. It is up to you to understand your country’s policies and tax rates. This is not a subject we study or keep track of.

We unfortunately cannot mark the package as a 'gift' or other designations to avoid these fees.

We always include a copy of your invoice that lists all the items and their corresponding costs to make the process smoother.

USPS First Class International Mail is the least expensive shipping option.

Orders shipped via USPS First Class International Mail do not have guaranteed tracking; once they leave the U.S. we are not always able to check their status.

First Class packages are not insured against damage or loss.
Average delivery time is 1-3 weeks but some orders can take up to two months to arrive — this is an economy service and there is no delivery guarantee

We or USPS cannot be responsible for held or lost packages once they arrive in the receiving country and are passed off to Customs/the local postal service. We recommend watching the tracking and contacting your local postal service to make sure you're aware of the procedure/notification process for paying duties/taxes and receiving your package to avoid issues with delivery.

If you prefer a faster/tracked/insured shipping method, you can choose USPS Priority Mail International (usually 6-10 business days) or Priority Mail Express (usually 3-5 business days; select countries have a money back guarantee). Both services include insurance up to $200; more can be added for an additional cost.

UPS options available for your shipping address will be shown at checkout; some have a guaranteed delivery date based on the date your order ships; if your order arrival is time-sensitive, please choose a guaranteed service.
