TRUCK is a relatively young glove brand built by lifelong skiers, bikers, climbers, and outdoor professionals. Founded in 2015 and based in Salt Lake City, we’ve grown by delivering premium quality gloves—designed with real-world experience—for snow sports, mountain biking, and outdoor work. Our snow line is trusted by ski patrollers, lift operators, and outdoor pros across the country. Our new TRUCK PRO line is opening doors in the work and safety glove market.We’re now ready to expand our reach by partnering with motivated independent reps who already know and love the outdoor industry.

We’re seeking commission-based Independent Sales Representatives to represent TRUCK in the Outdoor Channel. Depending on the territory and rep interest, there is also the opportunity to expand into selling our TRUCK PRO work line.

This role is ideal for reps already working with outdoor retailers, ski shops, bike shops, or climbing gear dealers, and who are looking to add a fast-growing glove brand to their bag.

• Experience selling into the outdoor retail channel (ski, bike, climbing, or related industries)
• Existing dealer relationships in your territory a huge plus
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
• Interest in representing both outdoor performance and work/safety glove categories
• Ability to travel within your territory and actively prospect new accounts
  

This is a 100% commission-based role with strong earning potential for motivated reps who can grow their territory alongside us.
