Shipping policy

We ship from Salt Lake City, Utah. Most orders leave our facility within 24–48 hours, and we often ship the same day when an order comes in early in the day.

Order processing and delivery time

Allow time for both order processing and carrier transit. A carrier's two-day transit estimate does not mean your order will arrive two days after checkout. Same-day dispatch is not guaranteed.

Available shipping services and prices are shown at checkout for your order and destination. Delivery estimates can change because of weather, holiday volume, customs or other carrier delays.

Need your gloves for a trip or gift? Order early. If you have a firm deadline, contact us before ordering so we can help you check the options.

Domestic shipping

  • USPS Priority Mail: USPS currently estimates 2–3 days in most cases. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. A “Priority Mail 2-Day” label does not make the service guaranteed.
  • Economy or ground services, when offered: Use the estimate shown for the specific service at checkout. USPS Ground Advantage generally takes 2–5 business days; some destinations take longer. Ground delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
  • USPS Priority Mail Express, when offered: This is a separate service from Priority Mail. USPS offers a money-back guarantee on eligible shipments, subject to its service commitment, acceptance time and applicable terms. It does not guarantee same-day processing by TRUCK.
  • UPS services, when offered: Choose from the options shown at checkout. Ground delivery dates are estimates. Guarantees apply only to eligible services under UPS's current terms; a faster or more expensive option is not automatically guaranteed.

Any carrier delivery guarantee is subject to the carrier's exclusions and refund rules. It does not mean an automatic refund of your glove purchase. If a delivery is late, contact TRUCK with your order number.

Local pickup (Will-Call)

If you're ordering from the Salt Lake City / Park City area, you'll be offered a free Will-Call pickup option at checkout.

International shipping

Available services and prices depend on your destination and appear at checkout. International delivery estimates can vary, especially during customs clearance.

We do not offer free returns or exchanges for international orders.

You are responsible for duties and taxes charged by your country at customs. Please check your country's requirements before ordering. We cannot mark purchases as gifts or alter the declared value. We include an itemized invoice with your shipment.

  • USPS First-Class Package International Service: An economy option with no guaranteed delivery date. Tracking availability varies by destination, and this service does not include USPS insurance against loss or damage.
  • USPS Priority Mail International: USPS generally estimates 6–10 business days for many major markets. Tracking and up to $200 of merchandise insurance are available with eligible shipments; packaging and destination restrictions apply.
  • USPS Priority Mail Express International: USPS generally estimates 3–5 business days for many major markets. Eligible shipments include up to $200 of merchandise insurance. Money-back guarantees apply only to eligible destinations and may be suspended. Check the current terms for your destination.
  • UPS, when offered: Available options appear at checkout. Delivery commitments and any guarantee depend on the service and destination.

Once a package arrives in the destination country and is passed to customs or the local postal service, neither TRUCK nor USPS can be responsible for held or lost packages. Watch your tracking and contact your local postal service about duties, collection requirements and delivery notices.
