TRUCK — Shipping Policy

We ship every order from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah. Most orders leave our facility within 24–48 hours, and we often ship the same day when an order comes in early in the day.

Once your package is handed off to USPS or UPS, transit time depends on the service you select at checkout. Non-guaranteed services (such as USPS Parcel Select or UPS Ground) display estimated delivery windows that can run faster or slower than quoted. If you need your gloves by a specific date, we recommend ordering early or choosing a guaranteed service.

Local Pickup (Will-Call)

If you're ordering from the Salt Lake City / Park City area, you'll be offered a free Will-Call pickup option at checkout.

Domestic Shipping

• USPS Parcel Select (2–8 business days): Our most affordable option. Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed, so order early if you have a need-by date.
• USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days): Reliable and the best balance of cost and speed, though still not guaranteed. Heavy holiday volume and weather can occasionally affect delivery.
• USPS Priority Mail 2-Day / Express: Guaranteed to most locations when ordered before 2pm MST. Faster, but more expensive.
• UPS Ground & Air: Ground shows an estimated (non-guaranteed) transit time; air services are faster. A good choice if your address isn't USPS-friendly.

International Shipping

Please note that we do not offer free returns or exchanges on international orders.

You are responsible for any duties or taxes charged by your country at customs. Please review your country's policies and rates in advance — this isn't something we're able to track or advise on. We cannot mark packages as a "gift" or alter the declared value, and we always include an itemized invoice to help your package clear customs smoothly.

• USPS First Class International: The least expensive option. Tracking is not guaranteed once the package leaves the U.S., packages are not insured against loss or damage, and delivery typically takes 1–3 weeks (occasionally up to two months). This is an economy service with no delivery guarantee.
• USPS Priority Mail International (usually 6–10 business days): Faster, tracked, and insured up to $200 (additional coverage available).
• USPS Priority Mail Express International (usually 3–5 business days): Our fastest option, insured up to $200, with a money-back guarantee to select countries.
• UPS: Available options appear at checkout; some include a guaranteed delivery date based on your ship date.

Once a package arrives in the destination country and is passed to customs or the local postal service, neither TRUCK nor USPS can be responsible for held or lost packages. We recommend watching your tracking and contacting your local postal service to understand the process for paying any duties and receiving your package. If your order is time-sensitive, please choose a tracked, insured, or guaranteed service.
